I used balsamic instead of saba. This was so good! Wow the flavor is amazing!
Excellent! Can mix the cheese mixture ahead of time. I used Rachel Rays Basalmic and it was perfect. I would definitely make this again. So good!
Easy to make!! I couldn’t find fresh tarragon so I replace it with fresh basil instead. Not a big fan of goat cheese, next time I will get a different cheese. My family love it!!
Simplest and tastiest fig recipe ever!
This recipe is great! A little on the tart side from all the lemon zest and juice, but I love it that way, and you could always add a little more honey. I would have given it 5 stars, but I had to go to many different stores to find all the ingredients (figs, tarragon, crostini rounds, mostly), even though I’m in a large city that has much variety. So I feel the recipe is not that accessible to everyone. Even though it can be a hassle, the taste alone, is still worth a try! – Thank you GZ
This fig crostini recipe was easy to prepare and very flavorful. And the “no cooking” was a real plus. Definitely adding to my “favorite appetizers” list,
I am jumping with joy to make this dish for my family at home today!! Thank you very much Chef GZ for this wonderful recipe!!
