This is the perfect fall cocktail and I especially like it for Thanksgiving while the turkey is cooking. Delicious!
This is a great cocktail! The red peppercorns were hard to find, but I found some at a bulk grocery store and was able to buy a couple tablespoons to try this out. They added a great, light pepper-like flavor that was described in the show. Don’t skip on that ingredient. I tried this a couple times, and used a quality pear juice in one version and the flavor profile was virtually identical. This is absolutely delicious. I never tried pear brandy before, and I really liked the flavor. Fabulous and great for fall and the holidays!
