I truly enjoyed this refreshing cocktail. I had it with my Easter dinner.
Thoroughly enjoyed this cocktail. Light and refreshing. This one is sure going to be my go to drink for summer.
Brought this to a friends house for a ladies lunch. Everyone loved it. Light refreshing and delicious. I used Pineappple juice from the carton and canned pineapple with natural juices. I will make this for the 4th of July.
Everyone loved these at our taco party and they really got it started out right.
This is a very refreshing drink with ingredients that balance well together. I substitute mango for the pineapple and think it works even better (to my taste buds) with the mint. In either case, it’s a winner! Bobby rules!
I loved being able to make up a pitcher and top off glasses. It was really good.
I love Bobby Flay’s recipes and was really hoping these would be good, but they were just kind of blah and not bursting with flavor as I was expecting. Better luck next time I guess.
People that normally HATE tequila drank this up. By the second pitcher I quit putting in the mint and it still tasted great. This is a new favorite.
Refreshing! Can also be put in the freezer to make a slush. Don’t skimp on the fresh mint!
When I first made this, I bought the wrong soda — I bought club soda instead of lemon lime. DID NOT WORK! You need to have these exact ingredients for the delicious punch that Bobby made. Thanks Bobby!
