Absolutely wonderful recipe. The only thing I did different was emulsify. Fantastic!

Looking for something to replace the ground mustard, as I have autism and have food texture issues. I doubled, and then some, the vinegar. I keep it refrigerated as it doesn’t hurt it. I just nuke it for a few seconds and shake hard…globs all gone!

Love this dressing hate the fact that I have to refrigerate it. Do I really have to? Everything is at room temp prior to blending. Is it the incorporation of oxygen during the blend that makes it unsafe to keep at room temperature? I feel like all of the ingredients are natural, antimicrobials, salt, olive oil, garlic. Anyway, just looking for an easier way to store for easy day to day use. Want to avoid the solidified glob.

My go to salad dressing. Very versatile. I have also tried it with other flavored balsamic vinegars (strawberry, peach, pear) and it comes out delicious. You can’t go wrong. Enjoy.

Simple and delicious! I added more garlic and a Tsp or more of Ground Mustard and used Fig Balsamic instead. So so good!

I didn’t have balsamic vinegar so used rice vinegar, a splash of red wine and 1 tbsp of sugar with the remaining ingredients. This made a delicious sweet tangy dressing.
