Ingredients
- 1 16oz can roasted red peppers, drained
- 1lb goat cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
- Pinch of sugar
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Put peppers into work bowl of a process bowl and puree. Add all other ingredients and pulse until combined. Season with salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
