Ingredients

  1. 1 16oz can roasted red peppers, drained
  2. 1lb goat cheese
  3. 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
  4. Pinch of sugar
  5. 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  6. Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Put peppers into work bowl of a process bowl and puree. Add all other ingredients and pulse until combined. Season with salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
