wonderfully easy and delicious with vanila ice cream.
This is really delicious! I put the pastry on aluminum foil on a sheet pan. Next time I will use the non stick foil as the pastry was a bit hard to remove from the foil. I used a pizza cutter to slice it.
A definate keeper!

Very easy to make and wow, did it ever taste good, right up there with my own homemade apple pie.
What a wonderful recipe. So much better than the regular apple tarts. After sauteing the apples and taking them out of the pan, I reduced the sauce a little, added some heavy cream and made a caramel sauce of sorts and poured that over the tart before serving. The heat seemed just a touch low as the pastry didn’t brown as much as I expected. I raised the heat for the last 5 minutes. Perfect for breakfast or dessert. A definite keeper.
