Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup honey
- Zest of one orange
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and stir to mix. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 to 30 minutes or until berries are tender and syrup has formed.

Very good. We added sugar. Just wasn’t sweet enough for us with just the honey.
Very tasty, but exclude the water, this did not take the time that is said, it took at least 3 hours to cook it down, I think if you do not use the water it may cook down faster!! 20 minutes is not enough time for it to thicken!
The taste is fine – but why does the photo show a cranberry relish with apples & pecans? That one looks better…
Easy and delicious. I think I cooked it for a good bit longer than the recipes says. I think that the sugar is about right — I tried it with less, but then added back in.
