Yummy casual Valentines dinner . I was able to buy brioche hotdog buns. . I toasted them and it was very delicious . Make ahead no dishes to wash .
I cooked for 35 people for New Year’s Eve celebration Feast of Seven Fishes and this was one of the dishes. This was the first dish that quickly disappeared 🙂 Thank you!
Made these for a holiday party (about 4x the recipe!) and it was a huge hit! Really added a sense of occasion and it was really simple. I did not have the lobster meat removed by the fishmonger (which added to the work with a slight amount of messy drama) but once I got the hang of dismantling them, it was pretty easy. Would definitely recommend!
