Ingredients

  1. 6 uncured all-beef hot dogs
  2. 1 cup mayonnaise
  3. 1/4 cup white miso paste
  4. 2 watermelon radishes
  5. 6 potato hot dog buns
  6. 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
  7. 1/4 cup mint leaves
  8. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  9. 2 tablespoons thinly sliced chives
  10. 2 sheets nori seaweed, sliced into thin strips

Instructions

  1. Cook the hot dogs according to the package directions.
  2. Combine the mayonnaise and miso paste in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  3. Thinly slice the radishes on a mandoline. Cut the slices into thin wedges.
  4. Brush the buns with the miso-mayonnaise mixture. Place a hot dog in a bun, top with more miso-mayonnaise, then sprinkle with sesame seeds, radishes, mint, cilantro, chives and nori. Enjoy.
