Instructions

  1. Put 1 pound new potatoes in a pot of cold salted water; bring to a boil and cook until tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Drain the potatoes. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a saucepan with 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle over the potatoes.
