Ingredients

  1. 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  2. 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®)
  3. 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  4. 6 teaspoons white sugar
  5. ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  6. ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix pumpkin, whipped topping, pudding mix, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract together until blended.

12.16.20 If you like pumpkin pie or pumpkin bread, I think you’ll like this. Hard to believe that something so easy and made with so few ingredients can taste this good. The texture is somewhere between a mousse and pudding, very light. I used Splenda® and sugar-free whipped topping at no sacrifice to flavor. This one’s a keeper, thanks for sharing!
