So what’s a ‘serving’? I assume 2 tablespoons, and that’s 1/3 of a traditional TI Dressing, but would be nice if the recipe told us…

I loved the dressing but what is the serving for 50 calories?

I’ve tried MANY recipes for healthy Thousand Island Dressing, but this one by far is the absolute best tasting!!! My husband loves Thousand Island Dressing but he needs it to be a healthy version!!! This one is a keeper!!! Thanks Patti

This is great!! I used fat free greek yogurt, Walden Farms mayo and added some grated hard-boiled egg and ground chipotle chile flakes!  So heathy and tastes very close to the real thing!

This is AMAZING!  I only had fat free yogurt and it STILL tasted fantastic!  It’s only 2 Weight Watchers points per serving too!!!

This makes an excellent veggie dip. It’s reasonably healthy, tastes like I expect Thousand Island dressing to taste and the adobo heat allows me to use less than I probably would if I were pouring out of a Wish-Bone® bottle.

I’m just starting a diet and I will find this very useful.

Love the little bit of heat in this thousand island. Plus knowing that it is primarily no-fat Greek yogurt, there was no guilt in loading it on my crab louie. :-

I like the heat of this dressing with the adobo, but I generally like my thousand island dressing a little sweeter. I think I am going to add some sugar.
