Instructions

  1. Mash 6 hard-boiled egg yolks, 2 teaspoons chopped chives, 2 teaspoons chopped chipotles in adobo sauce, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons sour cream, 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1/4 teaspoon paprika. Season with salt. Spoon into the egg whites; top with more chives.

I’m surprised I’m the first to review these. Best deviled eggs I’ve had. Creamy, addicting, and oh so yummy! I make these to keep my guests fed while I mess around with all the time consuming dishes. Always a hit! Nine years now and I’ll never make another deviled egg!
