I am a HUGE wing fan and this recipe is the BEST that I have tried homemade : LOVE coating it with the flour as I like my wings crunchy. The sauce is AMAZING!!! They were a HUGE hit last week for the football game. Thanks
My husband just loves these! They are a big hit during the playoffs and superbowl parties!
I used to make hot wings by frying them then immersing them in a hot sauce/butter concoction. But this recipe is the best that I have found. It does take a while, but the pay-off is worth it!
This was a very nice recipe for hot wings. The sauce was great!!! It had a nice spicy spark + a hint of sweetness. The only thing I will try different next time is to prepare the wings naked without the flour. “Personal taste? The wings were a hit.
I really enjoyed these wings so much I had to share them with my friends and they were a hit.
These came out amazing…cook time is spot on, but well worth the effort! I made these for a superbowl party and they were a hit! I used Ken’s marinade because my local supermarket didn’t have the World Harbor’s, but came out great.
I made these Super Bowl Sunday and they were devoured by the masses to rave reviews! I used a Silpat under the wings and clean up was a breeze. This is by far my favourite wing recipe!
I haven’t gone out for wings since I found this recipe. The cook time is long but very accurate. Make sure you bang off all the excess flour. I use my favorite hot sauce mixed with a little melted butter and they’re always great.
just make sure you shake off ALL the excess flour, or the wings will still be floury at the end of baking.
These are awesome. My friends always ask me to bring them every time we have a get together.
