This was a very easy and relatively quick recipe, and tasted good. I didn’t realize I bought thin sliced boneless, skinless chicken breasts, so I reduced the initial bake time from 20 to 15 minutes. I also did not have enough bread crumbs, so added panko crumbs to the mix. I used the convection roast option on my oven, The chicken wasn’t dry, which was my fear. Will make this again.
This was a great start to a recipe that I use. Some changes that I did:
– Use chicken tenders instead of chicken breasts
– Add grated Parmesan cheese to the breadcrumb mixture
– Dip the chicken in flour then egg then the breadcrumbs and then go back and do egg and breadcrumbs again
– Brown the chicken in a pan with olive oil and butter to get the breading nice and crispy
– Then do the baking part, but cut down the time a bit due to using tenders

Deelish!
This was so easy to make. For the little effort, it turned out a high-end dish. Very good.
chicken is still pretty much raw after 30 minutes in the oven
This was amazing! I added seasoning salt to the chicken and used a vodka sauce, which is what I had in stock. Definitely will name again !
So good and sooo much easier and healthier than frying! I have two grandkids (teenagers) who love this and who don’t realize how easy it is!
This was my first attempt, it was easy to follow and tasted amazing! Definitely making this again.
This recipe was easy and tasted amazing, I picked some fresh basil and put it on top, and it was perfect!
Really impressed with how good this turned out. We used boneless skin on thighs with good results. The cheese that contacts the baking dish makes for some marvelous crunchy bits, and we even added some grated Parmesan, which made it even better.
