Ingredients

  1. 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled
  2. 1/2-cup yellow corn meal
  3. 1/2-cup cornstarch
  4. 1 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine corn meal and corn starch. Place skillet or frying pan on stove, add vegetable oil and heat to very hot. Toss peeled shrimp with corn meal mix, take shrimp out and fry in hot oil for four minutes.
