Ingredients

  1. Kosher salt, to rim glasses
  2. 4 ounces mezcal
  3. 1 ounce agave syrup
  4. 1 lime, juiced, plus one cut into wedges, for garnish
  5. Smoked salt, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add kosher salt to a shallow dish and rim 2 rocks glasses. Fill the glasses with ice.
  2. Add the mezcal, agave and lime juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake hard.
  3. Divide the mixture between the glasses. Add a lime wedge and a sprinkle of smoked salt to each and serve.
