The flavor is great but it DOES NOT make 2 & 1/2 quarts
Easy! The flavor is amazing and it is delicious as a salsa or a sauce over pork or chicken. Very versatile!
Way too much lime for me.
Delicious, and a great way to use the bounty of my tomatillo plants. I forgot the green pepper, and kept the seeds from the jalapenos and poblanos. Still turned out great. Just the right amount of heat.
I’ve never made tomatillo salsa that tasted so good before! Layers of flavor. Brava!
This recipe was delicious! The roasting really brings out all the flavors which blend together beautifully.
Can this salsa be canned?
This recipe is awesome! Very easy to prepare and so much flavor.
I keep coming back to this recipe and make it over and over again! Thank you!
I love this salsa! Its my favorite and I’ve always wanted to make it! It’s so easy and my family loves it. I keep most of the seeds from the peppers for some heat!
