Amazing. I used the Original Grands Flaky Layers Big Biscuits 8 count. I made a few adjustments.. added lemon zest inside, and a teaspoon of granulated( table) sugar inside too. Then I pinched tops and bottom edges together. Then added 1 tsp of granulated sugar on top. I recommend cooking biscuits until they’re deep golden crispy so glaze doesn’t soften them. Enjoy! I bought regular pillsbury biscuits since I didn’t notice the pictures later showed Grands. You definitely need Grands to make as instructed. I just placed the huge amount of berries on all 10 open faced halves and baked. They were great that way as open faced tiny desserts that allows you to go back for 2nds, 3rds or … 6ths?

Made according to recipe, with fresh blueberries, lemon juice and zest. The first couple of bites were delicious. But as the biscuits cooled the fruit flavors receded. The last bite or two were just a chewing exercise. I won’t make them again.

Loved it. Stuck to the recipe, but I think next time to make a few changes. Might try some cut up banana with a small amount of unflavored yogurt with nutmeg or some other fall spice and then drizzly warmed Nutella over it. It was very good though.

This was super easy, I let the Blueberries sitting in the lemon juice with some pineapple juice for several days . I then put them all together I can’t believe I made these and they came out beautiful.

Super easy and delicious. I tossed powered sugar and lemon juice on the blueberries before baking as well. Also flattened out full biscuits from Trader Joe’s and did not cut in half. Cook on lower heat a little bit longer to cook throughout.

I used grands buttermilk biscuits and used the juice from two lemons rather than the bottled stuff.. turned out great!

We loved these. Especially the kiddies.

I only made 2 of these and used the rest of my biscuits for sausage and gravy. I’m sorry I did that since these are so good. Next time I will make the whole can.
