Ingredients

- 1 ounce bitter orange liqueur, such as Aperol
- Grapefruit soda, for topping, such as San Pellegrino Pompelmo soda
- Grapefruit peel, for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice to chill, then discard the ice.
