Sunny’s Sour Cream Swirl Brownies

Ingredients

  1. One 18-ounce box brownie mix (plus required ingredients)
  2. 1/2 cup sour cream
  3. 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  4. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon sugar
  5. 2 drops vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions, then transfer to a baking dish. Do not bake.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream, brown sugar, cinnamon sugar and vanilla. Drop the mix randomly around the top of the batter. Drag a skewer through the sour cream areas and batter areas to make random streaks and swirls.
  3. Bake and cool according to the package instructions.

Tonight I made Sunny & Jeff brownie recipe well Sunny, recipe was the clear winner. The sour cream mix was delicious and would also be a great fruit topping. The brownie was great. Jeff brownie not so great I should have listened to other reviewers.
