Ingredients

  1. 1 pound mahi mahi, diced
  2. 1 cup lime juice
  3. 2 teaspoons salt
  4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  6. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  7. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  8. Pinch cayenne
  9. 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  10. 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  11. 1/2 avocado, diced

Instructions

  1. Combine the mahi mahi, lime juice, salt, garlic and onions. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Stir in the cilantro, oil, cayenne, tomatoes, jalapenos and avocados, and serve.
