Easy and Delicious
If you like spicey, This is the recipe for you!!! I give it a 10 out of 10. Follow the recipe, use tomatoes with green chiles. Wash and pat the meat, use nice chops. Salt and fresh black pepper with spicy rub and rest for a while. It won’t dry out if you use 4 1/2 mins. each side. Use the bbq sauce. Make the mango topping, it you don’t you miss the highlight of the dish. I used a little more black pepper that the average person might, (penzey’s the best. Diced tomatoes, lots of black pepper, mango, cilantro, and I added a small amount of fresh chopped red onion and simmer till hot. Next time I’ll add a little chamagne vinegar. This was an awesome dish tankk you, Sandre Lee.
It was alright, not bad, not great. Didn’t make the mango salsa just the pork chops.
This was a very good dish. It came out very flavorful & moist. Had no issues with toughness as some other reviewers had. Will definitely make this dish again.
Very tasty! Very easy! Very moist!
My family said it was the best pork chop they have ever had! Little do they know, it took almost no effort at all!!!

I made these last night and they turned out perfect! Very flavorful and juicy! I used boneless chops that were less that 1/2 think and had been in the freezer for a couple months, and they still turned out great. So, not sure why others were having problems with it being to dry or tough. If you are worried about it being salty, just don’t used the garlic salt in the beginning, there is plenty of flavor with out it. This recipe would be great on any kind of chicken too!
I made my own BBS, the flavor was vey good and the recipe was easy, but the pork chops were too tough. We enjoyed the flavor. Is there any way to make a pork chop tender? Evey recipe for pork chops come out too tough for me.
Thank you Sandra, I watch you all the time, love your show. Marie

I tried the chili rubbed bbq pork chops with the mango salsa today and the seasoning was very good on the pork. I used the bone less chops and used garlic powder instead of garlic salt and sweet baby rays bbq sauce(while broiling i brushed the sides of the chops with the sauce until i got the look i wanted on the chops). The mango salsa also turned out pretty good. it added a sweet and spicy flavor to it. i will be certainly trying this again…my husband loved the taste of the pork chops ( was not dry at all). i will be passing this recipe on to friends and family!
I’m recently trying to learn how to cook..and this was a great recipe. I didn’t do the mango stuff…just the pork…with a side of green beans…it was easy enough…and tasty too…MY boyfriend is a picky eater and even he gave me the “ok” to make for him any time. I don’t usually eat pork either…and i liked it!
Flavor…it isn’t lacking!

It was just ok, would be a good thing to cook if you only have a few minutes to make dinner
