Ingredients

  1. 2 ripe avocados, halved, pitted, and peeled
  2. 1 lime, juiced
  3. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  4. 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mash with a fork until the avocado reaches the consistency of a chunky salsa. Chill before serving with empanadas.

This recipie is really good, but I don’t understand were is the 2 hrs in prep time. It only takes a few minutes.
