Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, halved, pitted, and peeled
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mash with a fork until the avocado reaches the consistency of a chunky salsa. Chill before serving with empanadas.

This is an easy avacado recipe that goes great with pretty much any mexican style dish!
I like it this way, but sometimes I’ll just slice the avocado;

This recipie is really good, but I don’t understand were is the 2 hrs in prep time. It only takes a few minutes.
