The mustard overwhelmed the flavor of the salmon. I prefer the food network maple mustard salmon, which uses same amount of mustard, but not grainy, and adds just 1 T light mayo, no lemon or garlic, so the sweetness of the maple comes through. I won’t make this one again
Excellent recipe and so easy! I used fresh, wild caught. This makes salmon so delicious, even won over two family members who didn’t like salmon before tasting this dish. It’s now a family favorite!
This is a keeper! We made this without modification from the recipe and it was perfect, flavorful and so easy. We accompanied it with roasted asparagus and potato salad. Please enlighten me. Why do some deviate from the recipe and then downgrade their review?
really good and easy
Delicious and easy! A hit with the whole fam.
Great taste. I didn’t have whole grain mustard so I substituted it with Dijon. I also used 2 cloves garlic. This recipe is super easy and quick.
Best wild salmon recipe ever! Very simple, very fast and very delicious!
Made this recipe as written. Absolutely delicious. My 9 year old daughter asked me to make her salmon “this way from now on”. Will definitely make this again.
I score the salmon skin side and insert salted butter into the slits apply Louisiana cajón seasoning salt and pepper flip it and go from there.
Delicious. Great flavor.
Modified by coating the salmon in olive oil, salt, and pepper prior to putting it in the oven. Mustard, lemon, and maple syrup make a great flavor.
