Reviews
Was looking for a mayo-based poke like we had in Hawaii and this fit the bill! Made a few modifications but only for lack of finding ingredients. Used a sriracha plus regular mayo mix instead of Japanese mayo and eliminated individual sriracha. Didn’t have roe, and instead of making the mango salsa I just added diced avocado to the tuna mixture. Also had some nori that I cut up and sprinkled on top. Thanks for the initial ingredient list!
Quite easy and tasty! We omitted the tobiko (didn’t find it easily) but the recipe didn’t suffer from it. The main poke recipe works well with keto (though avoid mango in the salsa).
