Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  2. 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  3. 2 teaspoons celery salt
  4. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  5. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine the smoked paprika, coriander, celery salt, cayenne and cinnamon in a small bowl and mix with a fork. Use right away, or transfer to a resealable container and store in the pantry until ready to use.
  2. The rub is great on chicken, beef, pork or fish.

I love the flavor of this rub and have used it on chicken and fish.  Making another batch for my pantry.  A must have on hand!
