Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh cranberries
- 1/2 large red onion, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Combine the cranberries, red onion, sugar, cilantro, hot honey and lime juice in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped but not smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the relish to a bowl, cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour.
