Great Week night dinner…I made two versions of the sauce – one with mayo (for my kids) the other with Greek yogurt (for me). It’s important not to over cook your turkey burgers (grilling is best).
I added onion with my garlic to flavor the turkey. Delicious!

I’m not sure where other reviewers get their five stars from… I’ve made lots of different turkey burgers, most of which can stand on their own without a sauce. This one was rather dry and tasteless. It needs something more in it to put the moisture in. The sauce was interesting and was the only saving grace.

One of the best turkey burger recipes I have ever made!  The fat in the greek yogurt really helped the fact that the turkey was lean, and I’ve never made tzatziki before, but I’m definitely keeping this in my recipe book now. I chose to top it with fresh baby spinach instead of lettuce and used a whole wheat bun, which turned out great!

This was really easy to put together which I loved.  My husband and five year old loved it.  There was a lot of tzatziki left over, I’m thinking we’ll use it on baked potatoes.  Of course my husband loved it just scooping it up with the potato chips. There were a lot of salty/savory flavors, I think next time I’ll skip the chips and do a fruit salad instead.

Very nice weekday burger recipe, easy to make and quite flavorful. The tzatziki was the best I’ve made, and it made a lot, so we enjoyed it all week (it was delicious with scrambled eggs). Our 10-month old loved these burgers, so we’ll be making them again!

We had this recipe for dinner last night and we both loved it! Quick to make and flavor is worth making this. The turkey makes it lower in fat with out sacrificing any taste. My husband and I both love gyros. Sauce tasted similar!

We had this recipe for dinner tonight, and it was amazing. Takes about 30 minutes, flavor is great. Good substitute for beef burgers.
