Ingredients

  1. 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
  2. 1/3 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Put the chocolate, honey and 1/3 cup water in a medium microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Cool. Stir into warm or cold milk or coffee.

Just made this with Ghirardelli’s 60% cacao bar. It’s 4.5oz, so I did 1/4 cup each of water and honey. I added a splash of vanilla extract. It was ready in 30 seconds. Used a baby wish to combine after 30 seconds in the microwave. So fast, so good!

I would definitely recommend stirring with a whisk or fork for quicker results, but otherwise it came out delicious
