Don’t be fooled! These may look like French fries made from potatoes, but they are in fact parsnips! Preparing them in an air fryer give these fries a crisp exterior while keeping their interiors super soft. We serve them with a smoky BBQ sauce that’ll easily become your new favorite condiment.
