Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed color grape tomatoes, thinly sliced crosswise
- 3/4 cup finely chopped orange bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon thyme leaves
- 1/2 clove garlic, finely grated
- 1/4 teaspoon seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Sliced toasted baguette, for serving
Instructions
- Gently toss the tomatoes with the bell pepper, olive oil, lemon thyme, garlic, seafood seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of black pepper. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
