Delicious cocktail. We will try substituting the honey syrup for simple syrup in some other cocktails.

Delicious!!! Did half of the gin and add a splash of tonic water. Will make this again!!!

Amazing!!! But definitely enough for several servings. I make this recipe every Friday now!

This makes one serving? That would be a cocktail that delivers quite the wallop. I would say this serves 4. It is very refreshing, I use a mix of lemon and lime. And I use a good raw honey. You can really taste the difference in the honey syrup when you use a good honey. Heating it means it’s no longer raw, but the better flavor is still very present.

Great party cocktail; substituted ginger beer for the gin for a non-alcoholic version with equally good reviews.

I am not much of a “cocktail” drinker, but tried this, and found it really wonderful! Great for summer. Using fresh lemon juice makes all the difference!

Nice! I used raw honey instead and turned out great.

good good cocktail – use half lemon ad half orange even better.
