Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- Ginger beer or ginger ale, for serving
- Club soda, for serving, optional
- 1 lime wedge
- Fresh mint sprig
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail glass with ice, then add the bourbon and lime juice. Stir, top with a splash of ginger beer to taste and a splash of club soda if using to taste and garnish with the lime wedge and mint.
