With Arborio rice that has a fall flavor and is flavored with cheese, garlic, and shallots as well as being rich, creamy, and buttery, rib-eye steak and mushroom risotto are wonderfully sous-vide steaks. Parmesan cheese can be added as a garnish to risotto.

So delicious and easy!! I used Italian style bread crumbs and added garlic powder to it, we love garlic! I lined the dish with asparagus spears then put the chicken on top of it and baked. Whole wheat pasta, this will definitely be on the dinner rotation!
Made this last night and it turned out great. The only thing I did differently is I added a tsp of lemon zest and instead of crushed garlic I zested it. I think next time I will pan fry it to crisp up on both sides and than finish it off in the oven.
Wow so good!!! Loved it, after cooking for 25 minutes, I poured homemade tomato sauce over the chicken and added Mozzarella cheese to cook for the last 10 minutes. Cooked spaghetti and had a great meal!!!!
It was simple and tasty.
i added parsley it was great i was think maybe the next time ill add some white wine to the oil and garlic
This is the BEST!! It’s been a family favorite ever since I found the recipe here a few months ago…! Easy weeknight dinner. Just wish I’d found this Sooner!!
Turned out very good
Still good second time around / Quick, easy & good.
Fantastic loved it.
This chicken is so easy to make and so moist! The substitution of olive oil for eggs to add moisture made the chicken light instead of heavy. My family loved it!
It was alright. Seemed like Shake n’ Bake.
it was great and loved by all
Still looking for a good, healthy breaded chicken recipe. Somehow I didn’t have enough breading coverage on the chicken. Also, the cook time was kind of off so I overcooked mine a bit. Perhaps I should use common sense, but recipes are often used by people who don’t cook often or at the least cooking the recipe for the first time. Some more text cautioning against overcooking or proper cook times would be good.
Substituted cracker crumbs for bread crumbs. I thought it was okay but the fam really liked it. Anything with garlic is good during cold season. Wouldn’t recommended it leftover, though, since the crumbs won’t refrigerate terribly well. Make just enough.
Oh my goodness this was fantastic and SO easy! I had twice the chicken, so I doubled the bread crumbs and parmesan (used fresh parm and grated it finely) and added about a tablespoon of garlic powder. I used 3 tablespoons of squeeze garlic, 1/2 cup of EVOO, and 2 tablespoons of butter for the dip, microwaving in a glass bowl in 30 second increments until melted. I was wondering if I should spray the coated chicken pieces with Pam, but decided against it. It crisped up nicely without it and was tender and juicy inside. WONDERFUL recipe!
Followed the recipe and, while it tasted fine, it wasn’t anything amazing. Husband and I found it sort of bland.
It was a hit all around. I think we need to tinker with it a bit because it doesn’t turn out nice and toasty brown like the pictures. It it’s still awesome!
Made with Chicken thighs. Would add egg to “stick on” the yumminess next time. Used butter/garlic to flavor/ heat up some frozen homemade mashed potatoes. Comfort food at it’s finest!
Family loved it it was an easy recipe and it was flavorful the only substitution was that I used thin breast and shaved Parmesan because that’s what I had in the house.
Super simple and very yummy! I made a couple of adjustments: swapped out the Italian breadcrumbs for panko and added some garlic salt (to taste) to the oil/garlic bowl.
I save this for when my six year old son cooks dinner. He does an awesome (supervised) job and it always turns out awesome. We throw it in the air fryer!
