Thank you Sandra Lee for the wonderful 21 Burger recipe.  I made these today for our Memorial Day dinner.  My husband, friends and family raved over the burgers.  This burger recipe is easy and great for company.

I did onion instead of celery and added shredded cheese to the mix before balling them up and throwing them on the grill….THIS is a fantastic HUGE burger!!!

I made this burger exactly as Sandra suggested and it was perfect! Has to be the largest burger I have ever tried to eat. The flavor was fantastic. Make sure you use ground sirloin and mix it well. There should be no problem with it being too salty if you just follow her steps. I will make this for company anytime. FYI butter lettuce is a.k.a. Boston lettuce or Bibb lettuce.

This burger was so unbelieveably moist and juicy. The other reviews say it was salty, but ours were not overly salty-just perfect! I would suggest this to every cook short on money and time!

We love these burgers so much they went from our summer must haves to year round staple in our home

The burgers were a little too mushy for me–didn’t really enjoy the flavor either–will not be using this recipe again.

This recipe was so easy and the taste was out ot this world. I have no idea why ppl found this to be salty. It was very juicy, it stayed together and the flavors were great. My husband was really wowed by this burger, which we will be having again tonight. Thank you, Sandra Lee

I was afraid at first that they were going to be too dry being so big but the gravy packet kept them moist and juicy; I can’t understand the comments about the saltiness since salt wasn’t part of the recipe; when you change and add to the recipe you can’t find fault!!! Sorry but these are great

The flavor of these burgers were awesome. I ate mine with nothing on it and couldn’t wait to eat the leftover burger the next day.
