Ingredients
- 2 ounces anejo tequila
- 2 ounces fresh clementine juice plus a pinch of zest, plus 1 clementine slice, for garnish
- 1 ounce Campari
- Club soda, for topping
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the tequila, clementine juice and zest and Campari and lightly shake. Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a slice of clementine.
