Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cup espresso or strong coffee (regular or decaf)
  2. 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  3. 1 tablespoon simple syrup (see Cook’s Note)
  4. 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  5. 1 1/2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large cocktail shaker, stir together the espresso, condensed milk, simple syrup, and vanilla. Add the ice and shake for a full 30 seconds, until frothy and very cold. Pour the drink and the ice into two 8-ounce glasses and serve ice cold.
