Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  2. 1 no-calorie sweetener packet
  3. 1 drop vanilla extract
  4. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  5. 1 Fuji apple, cored and cubed
  6. Cinnamon sticks, for serving, optional

Instructions

  1. Place cottage cheese in a bowl with sweetener, vanilla extract, and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix well.
  2. Top with apple cubes, and then sprinkle with remaining 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Garnish with cinnamon sticks, if using. Enjoy!
