Quick Seafood Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup ketchup
  2. 3 tablespoons grated onion
  3. 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  4. 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  5. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  6. 1 teaspoon chili powder
  7. 3 drops hot sauce
  8. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
  9. Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Cover and refrigerate sauce at least 1 hour or up to 2 days.;

Now this is the ideally perfect cocktail sauce! I have made it and served it to guests countless times. Guests love it and so does my family. This has a lot of flavor however doesn’t over power the delicate taste of shrimp. My favorite! Thank you Bon Appétit!
