Ingredients

  1. 2 cups shredded crab meat
  2. 1/2 cup bay shrimp
  3. 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  4. 1 cup fresh corn kernels
  5. 1/2 cup pitted medium black olives
  6. 1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts
  7. 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh spinach
  8. 1/2 cup minced Maui onion (sweet onion)
  9. 1/2 cup minced celery
  10. 1/2 cup grated carrots
  11. 2 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  12. Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, toss all ingredients lightly to combine. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, if necessary.
