This is one of the best sorbet recipes ever
So delicious, very pronounced strawberry flavor. Definitely a keeper.
I was craving something cold and had frozen strawberries in the freezer so decided to give this a try.
(The strawberries I had bought in the summer and sliced/froze them.)

The final product was yummy and I would definately make this again.
I’m not sure if it was from using frozen strawberries or not, but it tastes a bit too sweet. Next time I will use a bit less sugar syrup or add more fruit.
