I marinated boneless ribs in vinegar overnight and in the morning the meat looked gray instead of pink.  Doesn’t look appetizing and I’m not sure if they should be eaten.

I love ribs but had never made them. This recipe was so easy to follow and the ribs came out really good.

My husband and I liked this dish very much, but it is a little too spicy for the children.
