Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Dash of dry mustard
- Dash of paprika
- 1/3 cup crumbled Saga Cheese
- Dash of Worcestershire
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Serve with choice of salad.
- TIP: CHOPPED SALAD IN ENDIVE LEAVES
- Finely chop your favorite salad fixings such as peppers, cucumbers, onion, blue cheese and mix with your favorite vinaigrette. Separate endive leaves to equal lengths and fill for hors douevres, right before serving

This is an excellent base recipe for bleu cheese vinaigrette. I added additional amounts of everything but the oil. And could not resist adding a bit of garlic and shallot. It was quite tasty as written, but extra makes everything better!
