Brisket is very simple, flavorful, and tender. Use one pickle jar for a small brisket. Trim the brisket properly. Add the dill pickle spears with juice on top! Just take my word for it; the pickles will simmer down to nearly nothing and the juice will render the meat incredibly tender.

Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) package frozen dinner rolls, thawed
- ¾ cup vanilla ice cream
- ¾ cup butter
- ¾ cup white sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Arrange rolls in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Heat ice cream, butter, white sugar, and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until ice cream is melted, sugars are dissolved, and sauce is warm, about 5 minutes; pour mixture over bread dough. Cover and let rise in a warm area until doubled, about 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bake in preheated oven until rolls are golden brown, about 30 minutes.

This was an easy recipe. I made extra sauce so I May use the sauce on another batch of rolls. They’re delicious and sweet.
The only thing I changed was that I added 1/2tsp of brown sugar to the top of each roll. Make sure to spoon extra sauce on top.
These were easy to throw together. My family loved them. I think they were a little sweet for me so next time I will try using 1/2 cup of each sugar.
