If you use the recipe as a start, you can add to it for your own taste. I added grated Romano cheese and a swirl of olive oil at the end. More onions, garlic, and peppers.

It’s pretty bland and took copious amounts of Parmesan to give it the boost it needed.

Not a family favorite.

Good, fast and healthy. I drained the oil from my dish and used wheat penne!

One of the best recipes I’ve made but it had a lot to do with using whole foods spicy Italian chicken sausage from their meat dept. very hot! You don’t need any red pepper flakes. Next time I’m going to use a lot more red pepper slices.

I’m not a cook at all but I was able to make this dish. It was very simple. I pretty much followed the recipe but added olive oil, basil and Parmesan cheese. Will definitely make again & add more veggies

Added eggplant, zucchini, extra garlic and olive oil, fresh basil and lots of parmesan. Turned out great, but it was essentially my recipe, not the one posted. Still, a good reminder of how easy it is to throw sausage, veggies, and pasta together.

Needs more of a sauce. The noodles were mostly naked
