My, oh, my this was great. I used a deep bowl and drizzled Franks Hot Sauce around the sides and bottom then added the ruffled chips. Tossed then add the crumbled blue cheese. Tossed lightly again. Great with a cold beer!!

Not bad for a quick snack. I put in a bowl and tossed and then tried a ziplock. I think if I had a bigger bowl it would’ve been better and more evenly coated. I still have plenty left and going to try putting them on a cookie sheet in the oven or else I think that they will be soggy. Not bad though, I’d probably make it again.

really good for a quick snack.  I used Feta cheese since that’s all I had and it was still really good.

This recipe is amazing in its simplicity and delicious in taste.  It is reminiscent of buffalo wings with blue cheese, but faster to make and tastier.  I used Kettle brand non-GMO krinkle cut chips, Frank’s hot sauce, and Gorgonzola (I didn’t have blue on hand when I saw this being made and had to try it immediately).  My 11 YO daughter has been putting Frank’s on her chips forever, but it never occurred to me to add the cheese.  Absolutely yummy.  I would suggest layering chips, hot sauce, and cheese in a few layers so they don’t get soggy before you finish and you get the same amount of cheese and sauce on every chip.
