- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Put aside until pizza dough is ready.
- Cheese Topping:
- Toss cheeses together.

Have made this many times. All our friends want to come to our house for a pizza party. THE RECIPE DOES NOT MENTION WHAT TO DO WITH THE 1/2 CUP OF OLIvE OIL. SINCE IT IS A PIZZA DOUGH INGREDIANT, I HAVE ALWAYS POURED IT IN WHEN MIXING THE PIZZA DOUGH. Not sure if this is right. Can someone enlighten me?

I am not a chef, you put me in the kitchen and I have no idea what I am doing. I made this pizza for my roommates and they were highly impressed and loved it!
I LOVED the crust but the sauce was dreadful and no one would even eat it so I had to throw the seconed pizza away :(… but the crust was lovely
This recipe was easy to follow and a cinch to put together. The end product was very tasty and I will definitely be using it again!
The dough turned out amazing, but the sauce didnt work for me. I used roma tomatoes instead of pear tomatoes, and then ground them in a food processor.I would be curious to hear how other people’s sauce turned out. Everything else was great
This is the best pizza dough I’ve ever made. The crust reminds me of soft breadsticks. I sprinkled parmesan and garlic salt on the crust edges. Perfect!
