I love Alton Brown so i will always give him 5 stars. However i do not have access to dry ice at all. So my question is how do you freeze your strawberries without dry ice? what is the best method?

My husband and I go strawberry picking every year. I have found this is the best method to preserve strawberries year round.

This is a wonderful idea and easy. The fruit is always fresh and juicy. Plus dry ice is available in many grocery stores too!
