Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

After going to several stores to find the drink mix (thanks for the wal mart tip other reviewer, it turned out pretty much like the picture. The problem, however, was the taste. If you are looking for a holiday spice flavored mouth douche, look no further.

sounds great but to the person who can’t find the alpine cider drink mix, walmart has it in the hot chocolate section

This recipe was absolutely the best Spice Bars I have made, I got the spiced cider at Walmart, done exactly like the recipe, turned out perfect, my family loved them and want more, I don,t understand all the other bad reviews, because mine was delicious, yes they were expensive but worth the time and money!! I did let my cake bake a little longer before I added topping mixture….

The final product looks nothing like the picture. I certainly hope it tastes better than it looks! The cream cheese mixture doesn’t pour and turns brown once it’s in the oven.

This recipe is horrible!!!It can’t even look like the picture showen!
The picture has fluffy cream cheese frosting and the recipe you bake the cream cheese. Very expensive to make.

Expensive to make, recipe has to be wrong. Big floppy mess when spreading cream cheese mixture. Do not waste time or money. Zero star rating, food network needs to check the recipe,

It is November 1st, holiday time. I have not been able to find “Spiced Cider Drink Mix” in any grocery, liquor, or other stores. I can’t even begin! I wish she would have noted a recipe for it should you not be able to find any.

This recipe is a complete disaster. When I took the cake out at 20 minutes (halfway cooked per the instructions) to spread the topping the cake was still liquid inside and it caved into a huge gloppy mess.
